What information do we collect?
When ordering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, delivery address, phone number and payment information.
What do we use your information for?
Obviously, we use the information you provide to make sure we get your meals to the right place at the right time, and to contact you if needed about your order.
We also will use the email address you provide to update you on the status of an order, follow up ensure your satisfaction, and remind you of new menus as they become available. (If at some point you desire to stop getting these emails, you are free to unsubscribe at any time.)
How do we protect your information?
Any sensitive/credit information you provide is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems. We do not retain our customers' credit card information, with the exception of those customers set up on recurring weekly subscriptions.
If you prefer, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being used, or you can choose to turn off all cookies via your browser settings.
We also use a Facebook "pixel" on our site to help make some of our Facebook advertising campaigns more relevant to the people who see our ads.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer customer information to outside parties, unless the release of such information is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
