Choosing Your Subscription Menu Items
- On DailyJars.com, log in to your account.
- Click the green "Manage Your Subscription" button
- On the next page, click on "Subscription #1"
What if I forget to make my selections before the cut-off?
We’ll be sending you a reminder email each week to log in and make your selections, but if you happen to miss the 11 PM Thursday deadline, it’s OK! Your week’s order will be auto-selected for you based on the choices you’d made the previous week - another vegetarian entrée, a salad with protein, a chicken or turkey-based entrée, a soup, etc.
What if I need to skip a week?
From the Upcoming Orders screen you can also choose Skip Order if you ever need to miss a week of meals due to travel or a change of plans. As long as you log-in to skip a week before the billing date, you will not be charged for that week, and auto-billing will start up again the following week.
I need to change my pick-up location or delivery window from what I’d originally selected.
Not a problem! From the Manage drop-down menu, simply select Update Shipping Method and select the pick-up location or home delivery time most convenient for you! This change will take effect starting the next scheduled week and going forward. (If it’s a last-minute change, please follow up with an email to let us know!)
What about adding extra items, like that amazing mousse?
If you’d ever like to add items to your weekly subscription order, simply place a second order at the This Week’s Menu page for any extra meals, parfaits, muffins, bars & desserts - treat yourself! Then select “Combine with my other order” as your delivery option, and we will make sure it gets to you with your weekly subscription order.
