Every Monday you'll get a freshly prepared set of 10 delicious and filling meals — enough meals for each day of the work week. With the monthly subscription option, you will pay one time a month, and receive 10 meals each week, to make weekly meal planning even easier for you!
The Monday Meal plan is a subscription, which means you'll get a fresh set of meals each week. Don't worry! There's no long-term commitment required. You can change or cancel your plan at any time -- it's easy to adjust what's in your weekly meal pack if there's something you'd prefer to switch in or out in any particular week.
NOTE: People tell us they achieved the best results when they have followed our programs for six to eight weeks, on average. You are more likely to achieve your health goals when you follow a sustainable long-term plan.
