Where do I return my jars?
You can return your jars at any of the pick up locations during pick up hours. Please return them clean and in a bag with your name on it. Include a note in one of the jars with your name and the number of jars you're returning. If you receive deliveries with your order, give your jars to the delivery driver.
How do I get the jar credit?
After your jars are received, you will be emailed a code that you can enter at checkout to redeem your jar return credit.
How many servings are in a jar or a box?
The boxes and jars are meant to serve one. If you have a smaller appetite, some could possibly be eaten over two meals, or for one meal and a snack. We are working on calculating the nutritional info for our meals and will share that as soon as it's ready.
Can I make requests for things I would like to see on future menus?
Yes, please do! We love requests :)
Can I receive my order delivered to my office Monday morning?

How long will the meals remain fresh?
We label our meals with a "best by" date that's 5 days out. The National Restaurant Association standards are that prepared foods have a shelf life of one week, and many of our meals will last a week. However we label them for 5 days out because that is when the food will be freshest and tastiest.
